On Friday morning Project Gifts for Elk County was presented with a $1,000 grant from Wal-Mart at a special ceremony celebrating the Grand Opening of Wal-Mart on the Million Dollar Highway in St. Marys. Pictured is Bob Roberts from Project Gifts receiving the check from Store Manager Tara Pfeufer, along Trooper Reed and Corporal Rice from the Pennsylvania State Police.
Project gifts is grateful for the grant from Wal-Mart, and the money will be put to good use providing some Christmas joy to area children.
