Project Gifts receives grant from Ridgway Borough Charitable Fund

Recently Project Gifts for Elk County received a grant from the Ridgway Borough Chairtable fund. Pictured is Vern Kreckel III. secretary of Project Gifts, Mary Jane Oknefski of the Ridgway Borough Chairtable Fund, and Bob Roberts President of Project Gifts.

Project Gifts for Elk County greatly appreciates the grant, and the funds will be put to good use, as the organization will help many area children in need this coming Christmas season.

PROJECT GIFTS FOR ELK COUNTY invites you to attend our annual Christmas give-a-way!

Members of the PROJECT GIFTS FOR ELK COUNTY are currently in the process of gathering names of youngsters who might benefit from our organization’s purpose of supplying toys to youngsters who are in need of extra benefits during the upcoming Christmas Holiday Season.

Your children from infant to age 10 are eligible to receive a gift if your family is on the “Free” or “Reduced” Lunch program at your school.

Please print, complete and submit your form per the form’s instructions.

NOTE: Parent/Guardian and child must be present to receive gift.

Project Gifts receives Summertime load of toys!

Recently Project Gifts for Elk County received a nice Summertime Load of Toys from longtime friend and supporter Wally Samul. Mr Samul is a frined of St. Marys Native Fr. Chrysostom Schlimm OSB, and has for many years donated toys to the organization. Pictured with Bob Roberts is Fr. Chrysostom Schlimm OSB,  and Fr. Earl Henry OSB. who delivered the toys on Mr. Samul’s behalf.

Project Gifts receives donation from Abbott Furnace

Recently Project Gifts for Elk County received a donation from Abbott Furnace from proceeds from the raffle of a Fire Ring at the Wing Fling held recently in Downtown St. Marys. Pictured is Bob Roberts president of Project Gifts for Elk County, Julianne Inzana from Abbott Furnace and Trooper Bruce Morris of the Pennsylvania State Police.

St. Marys City Police Department Collects Toys for Project Gifts

Pictured is Chief Tom Nicklas, Officer DJ Marconi, and Officer Shawn Kronenwetter with the Toys they collected for Project Gifts for Elk County during their Cops for Kids inaugural program where citizens who received warnings for traffic violations could donate toys for the collection. Many citizens dropped off toys to their station as well. Project Gifts wishes to Thank the St. Marys City Police Department for all of their efforts!
